On 28 and 29 June 2016, the ABA and other organisations convened a two-day dialogue in Geneva to explore the role of the legal profession in business and human rights, with a particular focus on ensuring access to remedy. At this conference, Catie Shavin, a Director of the Global Business Initiative on Human Rights, shared reflections and emerging trends on access non-judicial remedies at the operational and company level. A copy of the agenda for the conference is available here.
