On 24 and 25 May 2016, GBI members convened in Johannesburg for a two-day peer learning meeting. The meeting provided an opportunity for members to share knowledge, experience and insights, and to discuss challenges and dilemmas. Topics explored during the meeting included setting human rights strategy, engaging effectively with right holders, using reporting frameworks to manage and communicate about respect for human rights, and direct linkage and leverage.
